Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms cover your use of Sports Picks (sports.dawgtech.net), run by Dawgtech. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

For fun, not gambling

Sports Picks is a free game for friends and family. The site does not take, hold or pay out money, and it is not a betting service. Any side arrangements between members of a group are their own business and responsibility.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Use a real email address you control — it's how you sign in and recover your account.

Be decent

Trash talk is welcome; harassment, threats, hate speech, spam and illegal content are not. Group and site administrators may remove messages, remove members from groups, or close accounts that break these rules.

Scores and schedules

Game schedules and results come from public data (ESPN) and may be late, wrong or changed. Administrators can correct results and re-score contests; their decision is final for their group. We're not responsible for missed picks caused by outages, schedule changes or data errors.

The service

The site is provided as-is, without warranties, and may change, pause or shut down at any time. To the extent the law allows, Dawgtech isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used.
